The following developmental works are taking up by Forest Department in Kurnool Division.
- Raising of nurseries
- Afforestation works i.e. Raising of Block plantations
- Raising of Avenue Plantations
- Soil Moisture Conservation works i.e.
- Continuous Contour Trenches,
- Mini Percolation Tanks,
- Check Dams,
- Rock Fill Dams,
- Di-silting of existing Tanks
- Peripheral Trenches around the Reserve Forest boundaries
- Seed dibbling in the Reserve Forest areas
- Vanam-Manam
