Office of the Superintending Engineer, (R&B) CIRCLE :: KURNOOL
OBJECTIVE
- The objective of R&B Department Kurnool is to maintain and develop (R&B) Roads in traffic worthy condition. This (R&B) circle is having three divisions headed by Executive Engineers, Ten Sub-divisions headed by Deputy Executive Engineers and Thirty Sections headed by Assistant Executive Engineers as mentioned below.
- Other R&B Departments i.e., Office of the Executive Engineer, (R&B) APRDC Division, Kurnool, Office of the Executive Engineer, (R&B) Electrical Division, Kurnool and Office of the Deputy Executive Engineer, (R&B) Q.C Sub-division, Kurnool are functioning with Head quarters at Kurnool.
- Taking up patch work, strengthening and widening of Roads & Bridges, erecting and painting of signboards and road marking under various schemes i.e., Periodical maintenance, Special Repairs Programme, Plan, Nabard, RDF and CRF schemes.
- The Total length of (R&B) Roads is 3621.408 Kms in (R&B) Circle, Kurnool jurisdiction.
